A dragon boat team consists of either 20 or 10 paddlers sitting 2 abreast, a sweep to steer and a drummer to keep time. It is the culmination of coordination, strength and stamina.

PADDLING SESSIONS – We run up to 3 sessions per week, weather permitting. We ask members to please arrive 30 minutes before the commencement of training to warm up and help prepare the boats.
